SHIPPING: TBD? Why can't I get an estimate on my shipping when I place my order?

To provide you with the most accurate and affordable shipping costs, freight will be determined at the point of shipping and will be added to your order. An estimate of freight will be added at the point of order entry to be reconciled at final invoicing. We will make every effort to ship your order using the most economical means possible. Where applicable, we will substitute another common carrier or ship method to provide you with the best service possible, given production time and specified delivery date. -Why is the shipping different on similar items (i.e.: the same quantity of 2 varieties of stress balls)? At EPRINTED, we have a variety of factories located across the country that we ship from. Certain products may not be in stock at the factory closest to you, and we may have to ship from a different location.


Can I have this tomorrow?

Possibly! There are a couple ways to make this happen. If an order is placed before 11am for blank merchandise, chances are that it can ship out the same day. For printed merchandise, contact a Promotional Consultant for a list of products that can be printed within a few hours. There are options available if you need these items immediately, but keep in mind that the more time you must spare, the better. Keep in mind that while we do offer a variety of "rush" promotional items (many of which can be produced within one day) there needs to be time allotted for us to process the order internally and produce a proof for you. Additionally, time needs to be allotted for transit. If you have a fast-approaching deadline, be sure to call a promotional consultant to find out what options are available to you.


How Long Will My Products Take to Get to Me?

Factory location, production time and shipping method are all contributing factors to when you will receive your products. Should you have an event date, your promotional consultant will work with you to find the quickest, most-cost effective way to ship your items to you so that you receive them in time.


I Have a FedEx/UPS Account. May I ship the items on my account number?

Yes. If you prefer to ship your items on your account number, be sure to tell your promotional consultant when you are placing the order. If you are ordering online: Select the shipping carrier that you wish to use. Under the Special-Order Notes/Comment notes indicate your shipping account number along with any other instructions you have regarding delivery (Bring items to the back door, etc.).


Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, however we recommend you use your own UPS or FedEx account number as we cannot estimate duties and taxes. Central and South America we ship via Miami.

Distributor, Agents, or Buyers

We can match or lower price on any quote supplied. Distributors or resellers, it is possible that our low prices could generate more commission if you are quoting by catalog price. Our prices show up to 40% lower than by catalog. For us to have success selling online, we had to lower the price, eliminate commissions from sellers and in this way, we managed to be a successful company in volume sales and with our expenses minimized.
